The marketplace

IndiansBrands is an online platform that helps businesses discover products and connect with suppliers. We are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a supplier.

Listings, prices, specifications and availability are provided by suppliers. We do not warrant their accuracy.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must have authority to act on behalf of the business you represent.

Acceptable use

No fraudulent, misleading or infringing listings; no spam; no scraping or automated access without permission.

Suppliers must hold the licences and registrations required to sell their products.

We may moderate, suspend or remove content and accounts that violate these terms.

Transactions & disputes

Contracts, payment, delivery, warranties and returns are agreed directly between buyer and supplier.

We may provide tools to help resolve disputes but are not liable for the outcome of any transaction.

Liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, IndiansBrands is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or any transaction.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
