Refund Policy

Scope

This policy covers fees paid to IndiansBrands for supplier subscriptions, lead packs and featured listings. It does not cover payments made directly to suppliers for goods.

Subscriptions

Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Part-months are not refunded.

Annual plans may be eligible for a pro-rata refund within 14 days of purchase if platform features were materially unavailable.

Lead packs & featured listings

Consumed lead credits and delivered featured-listing days are non-refundable.

Unused, unexpired credits may be refunded at our discretion where a billing error occurred.

How to request

Email support with your invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
