Type a product, category or brand name into the search bar and IndiansBrands matches it against live product listings, supplier names and category tags. Once you have results, narrow them down using the filters for price range, minimum order quantity (MOQ), delivery city, supplier type (manufacturer, wholesaler, distributor, exporter or retailer) and verification status, so you're only looking at suppliers who can actually fulfil what you need.

If you can't find exactly what you need in the catalogue, use the requirement wizard to describe it instead — what you're sourcing, how much you need, your budget range, delivery city and how urgent it is. Our matching engine scores every approved supplier against your requirement on category fit, location, verification status, rating and how responsive they've been historically, then notifies the strongest matches directly. You'll start seeing quotations land in your dashboard as suppliers respond.

Every quotation you receive against a requirement or a direct enquiry is collected in one place — open the requirement from your buyer dashboard to see unit price, tax, shipping charges, delivery timeline and payment terms lined up side by side for every supplier who responded. From there you can accept a quotation, reject it, or open a direct conversation with that supplier to negotiate before committing.

Save any product or supplier profile to your account with one click so you can find it again later without re-searching. For products specifically, you can also add up to 4 of them to the compare tray at once, which lines up price, MOQ, supplier rating and verification status in a single table — useful when you're deciding between a few similar options before reaching out.

Head to Dashboard → Verification and submit your GST number, PAN, business address and a working contact number. Our admin team checks each of these individually, and review typically takes 1–3 business days. Once approved, a verification badge appears next to your company name everywhere it's shown — product cards, your supplier profile, search results and the quotations you send — which is one of the strongest trust signals a buyer sees before reaching out.

From Dashboard → Products → Add Product, fill in your product details, pricing (or mark it price-on-request), minimum order quantity, availability and specifications, then upload images. New listings go into a pending queue for a quick admin review before they go live in search and category pages — this keeps the catalogue accurate and consistent for buyers browsing it.

Buyer enquiries and requirements matched to your company both show up under Dashboard → Leads / Enquiries, sorted with the newest first. Open any of them to see exactly what the buyer is asking for, then respond with a full quotation — price, quantity, delivery time and payment terms — directly from that screen. Faster, more complete responses improve your response-rate score, which itself feeds back into how highly you're ranked for future matches.

Yes — listing your company and products is completely free right now, with no limits on listings or leads. Paid plans with extra features may be introduced later as the platform grows, but nothing you set up today will be taken away or locked behind a paywall without clear notice first.
